Feature updates and key enhancements

Admin controls for Customer voice change detection: Customer voice change detection during translated calls alerts agents about unexpected voice changes on the customer side, so agents know they may be talking to someone new. Detection is on by default; Admins can configure it from the admin portal, where they can also turn on "Whisper on speaker change" to play a short audio notice that only the agent hears.
