This release brings Voice Security to the Call Center AI paid trial, simplifies Voice Translation language management, and automates data cleanup after subscription expiration, along with reliability improvements across the platform.

Feature updates and key enhancements:

  • Voice Security in the Call Center AI paid trial: Teams evaluating Krisp can now try Voice Security during the paid trial and see the feature set before committing to a plan. Deepfake Detection is enabled by default, alerting agents in real time and marking detections in Speech Analytics for review. Customer Voice Change Detection is also enabled for translated calls, alerting agents when the speaker on the customer side changes.

  • Simpler Voice Translation language management: Admins can now manage agent and customer languages separately and move multiple languages between the available and hidden lists in a single action. This speeds up configuration and keeps the agent list focused on the languages agents speak, making selection easier during calls.

  • Automatic data cleanup after subscription expiration: Team data is retained for 60 days after the subscription period ends before being permanently deleted, helping simplify off-boarding and eliminate the need for manual cleanup.

Bug fixes

  • Smoother onboarding for new team members: We've improved the Krisp app download experience for new members with the User role during their first sign-in.

  • More accurate last-call dates in Analytics: The Last Call column in the Directory Users table now accurately shows each user's most recent call date, giving Admins a dependable view of team activity.

  • Immediate visibility of new teams and subscriptions: New teams and subscriptions now appear for Org Admins right away.

  • Improved user list CSV exports: User lists now export correctly when a Group filter is applied.
