September brings powerful updates across Krisp — upgraded Accent Conversion models, new Smart Captions and Call Scores in Agent Assist, and more...

Let’s take a look!

  • Clearer, more natural Filipino and LatAm Accent Conversion v3.7: Accent Conversion v3.7 delivers even clearer and more natural-sounding speech for agents from the Philippines and Latin America. Reduced accent leakage and improved voice quality help customers understand agents more easily, making conversations smoother and more effective.

  • Agent performance insights through Call Scores in Agent Assist: Agents now receive an instant call score (0–100) in the Krisp Widget after each call, showing how well they met goals like resolving issues, pitching products, or completing enrollments. This gives a clear view of performance trends, helps identify coaching opportunities, and keeps teams aligned with KPIs.

  • Smart Captions in Agent Assist for increased comprehension: Smart Captions now show live, enhanced text of the customer’s speech in the expanded Krisp Widget even when the customer is in a noisy environment or has heavily accented speech. This helps agents follow conversations more easily, understand every detail, and respond confidently in real time.

  • Customizable Voice Translation greeting prompts: Give every Voice Translation-powered multilingual call a confident start. Admins can tailor the intro message customers hear in their language, setting clear expectations, helping build confidence, and starting every conversation on the right note.

  • Accent Conversion gets a 10% boost for faster, more efficient performance: Accent Conversion now runs 10% faster, reducing processing time and improving responsiveness in live calls. This upgrade ensures smoother agent experiences and keeps conversations flowing without delays.

  • Voice Translation supports any language pairs in Synchronous mode: Synchronous mode now supports any language pair — now neither side of the conversation needs to be English-speaking. This unlocks broader multilingual coverage and enables more natural conversations across regions.
