This release brings significant improvements across Voice Translation, Accent Conversion, and throughout the agent and admin experience. From vocabulary suggestions and faster delivery of repeated messages to more reliable accent switching, cleaner transcripts, and stronger content protection, these updates improve translation accuracy, reduce handle time, and give admins the visibility and control they need to manage teams with confidence.

2.76.14 key enhancements

  • Complete call context from in transcripts: Transcripts now capture the opening seconds of a conversation more consistently, giving admins a complete picture of every call from start to finish.

  • More robust auto-switching in Accent Conversion: Accent Conversion's language detection is now more accurate, giving agents the peace of mind that it will turn on when English is detected and off when another language is detected, without the need of any manual adjustment mid-call.

  • Track Voice Translation usage by client: Voice Translation sessions can now be tied to a specific client for more accurate usage tracking and billing. Admins can require agents to enter a client code before starting a session, selecting from a predefined list or entering a custom value when allowed.

  • Cleaner transcripts in Speech Analytics: Transcripts are now even more accurate and easier to read, with background chatter and nearby agent speech filtered out for a cleaner output.

  • Expanded content protection in Krisp Widget: In addition to blocking screenshots, screen sharing, and recordings, the Widget now also blocks copy actions across transcripts, After-call Summaries, Live Captions and translated conversations. This covers both right-click copy and keyboard shortcuts, keeping sensitive call content secure. Reach out to your Account Executive if you want to have the option enabled for your team.

  • Filipino English Accent Conversion v3.10: This update improves the stability and voice preservation of Filipino-accented English conversion, keeping the customer's natural voice more intact throughout the call.

2.76.9 feature updates and key enhancements

  • Vocabulary suggestions by agents to improve translation accuracy: Agents can now suggest terms directly from the Krisp Widget during live calls. Once reviewed and approved by admins, submissions are added to shared vocabularies to continuously improve translation accuracy across the team.

  • Save time with Quick Phrases for Voice Translation: Agents can now select from admin-created phrases, customize them within the Krisp Widget and play them in the customer's language in voice during translated calls. This saves time when communicating repeated disclosures or standard texts and ensures a consistent and accurate delivery.

  • Consistent audio levels in Voice Translation calls: Agents and customers now experience even more professional and reliable audio quality on every call without adjusting microphone settings or worrying about speaking volume. Krisp now automatically balances the level of original speech for both sides of the call, so it gives natural context in the background without interfering with the translated speech.

  • Expanded language support in Voice Translation: French (Canadian) and Arabic (Egypt) are now available for synchronous translation in any language pair across 60+ supported languages, on either the agent or customer side.

  • Auto-synced mute and hold states with CX Bridge: For calls with Krisp CX Bridge browser extension, mute and hold states from your softphone are now auto-synced in Krisp, so only active customer conversations are captured. Agent-muted speech and hold periods are automatically excluded from recordings and transcripts, giving teams cleaner data, fairer agent evaluations, and more reliable metrics for coaching and decision-making.

Bug fixes

  • Voice Translation starts reliably: Resolved issues that prevented Voice Translation from starting in certain scenarios. Agents can now consistently activate and benefit from real-time translation features without interruption.
