April Product Updates: AI Meeting Assistant

This month, we’ve introduced a series of updates to make your experience with AI Meeting Assistant even smoother. From a faster installer and improved recording controls to smarter transcription settings, these enhancements are designed to give you more control and efficiency during your meetings. Let’s take a look!

• Installing Krisp just got faster: The new Krisp downloader for Mac and Windows automatically selects the right version for your system and installs it in the background—quickly, silently, and reliably.

  

• Quick access to Krisp from the macOS top menu: We’ve added a native top menu so you can easily access key actions, like testing Noise Cancellation or checking for updates, without digging through the app.

  

• Ensure AI Note Taker transcribes only what matters: Choose which apps Krisp’s AI Note Taker should skip by adding them to the “Do not transcribe” list in Settings. This gives you more privacy and control, ensuring only the conversations you want are captured.

  

• Smarter handling of multiple audio streams: When Krisp detects multiple audio streams, it lets you choose which one to record, ensuring you capture the most important conversation without duplicates or confusion.

  

• Flexible admin control over visible recording modes: As an admin, you can choose which recording modes are visible in the app for your team. This lets you streamline their interface, reduce clutter, and focus on the modes they use. You can adjust these settings anytime to fit your team’s workflow.
