April updates for Free and Pro

This release introduces major improvements to the AI Meeting Assistant, including expansion of the Custom Vocabulary capacity and new features for collaborative meetings and bot integration.

AI Meeting Assistant enhancements

• Increased Custom Vocabulary capacity: The capacity for Custom Vocabulary has been significantly increased from 150 to 750 words, allowing for more personalized and accurate recognition during meetings.

• Collaborative Meetings: Enhance your team's collaboration with the new "Invite to collaborate" addition, available after meetings. Participants will see an invitation modal that integrates meeting details from the calendar, simplifying the process of engaging with internal and external collaborators. Internal participants automatically receive editing permissions, while external ones can be given customizable access. Check our help article for more details.

  

• Invite Krisp bot to your meetings through email: Simplify meeting management by inviting the Krisp bot as a guest through its email address, bot@assistant.krisp.ai. Once added to your calendar, the bot will autonomously join and handle recording and transcribing at the scheduled time. This feature is invaluable for ensuring comprehensive meeting documentation, especially when joining via mobile or if you cannot attend.

Bug fixes

• Recording and Transcription timestamp mismatch: We’ve resolved issues where timestamps between recordings and transcriptions did not align properly.

• Text rendering issue with angle brackets: Text enclosed in angle brackets (<>),now displays correctly.

• Action item summarization bug: We've fixed the bug where action items were not summarizing automatically upon the first use of the 'Summarize' button on the transcript page.
