This month’s updates are all about giving you more clarity, flexibility, and control in your daily workflows. From smoother conversations with Latin American Accent Conversion and smarter Voice Translation capabilities, to deeper visibility for Admins and more flexible team management, these improvements are designed to keep your calls seamless and your teams operating at their best. Let’s take a look at what’s new.
Clearer communication with Latin American accent conversion: Accent Conversion now supports Latin American English accent pack, helping agents sound clearer and improve customer comprehension during calls while preserving natural tone and authenticity.
A more flexible team and subscription management: Previously, Admins had to rely on external help to restructure teams and to create new subscriptions for specific sets of features, settings or payment structures. Now, they can self-serve, creating new teams within the existing subscriptions and moving teams between compatible ones.
Deeper visibility into Voice Translation usage analytics: Voice Translation Analytics is now available in the Admin Portal, giving Admins a clear view of how their team uses the feature during calls: who’s using it, how often, and which language pairs are most in demand to make smarter decisions about training, support, and team readiness.
Voice Translation now auto-detects customer’s language: Agents no longer need to manually select the customer’s language before every call. Voice Translation now detects the spoken language in the first seconds of the conversation, allowing agents to stay focused and activate interpretation instantly — without breaking flow.
Stay in sync with your preferred Widget view: The Widget now opens in the same state as the last call, helping agents pick up right where they left off — with fewer clicks and no disruption.
