Improvements

• Improved AI Accent Localization for Filipino English accent pack: Our updated Filipino accent model brings substantial improvements in phoneme pronunciation accuracy and overall comprehension level, ensuring a more natural and authentic customer-agent interactions.

• Enhanced AI Accent Localization for Indian English accent pack: The updated Indian models now deliver higher audio quality and exhibit more stable behavior, providing smoother and more reliable voice interactions.

• Widget redesign: The Krisp Widget has been given a fresh new look with an improved layout that displays more information at a glance and offers enhanced functionality, making it easier to manage and navigate during calls.

  

Enhancements

• New BVC enforcement setting for admins: Admins can now enable a setting that forces Krisp to prioritize BVC-compatible headsets when available, ensuring better audio quality for agents. This feature is easily controlled with a single checkbox and doesn’t require maintaining a separate device list. The default state is disabled.
