New Krisp version brings many improvements to AI Agent Copilot, designed to enhance your real-time support capabilities and optimize how you handle customer interactions.

Agent Copilot improvements

  • Dynamic speech processing in message bubbles: Now, as your customer speaks, their words will appear in real-time. Parts still being processed appear in grey, while completed speech is in white, providing a more dynamic and responsive interaction experience.

  • Real-time call transcription: As an agent, you can now access the real-time transcription of the customer call within the Agent Copilot Widget. This ensures no important details are missed from the interaction and helps you keep your hand on the pulse of the call.

  • Call history navigation within Agent Copilot: While transcribing the current call in the “Current call” tab, previous calls are conveniently stored in separate tabs named by their start time. Effortlessly manage your After-Call Work by seamlessly transferring call summaries and follow-up items to your CRM even after the call has ended.

  • Highlighting PII for quick access: For smoother interactions, personally identifiable information (PII) is now highlighted directly within transcripts in real time. Simply hover over the highlighted PII text to view a “Copy” tooltip, or click to easily copy this information. This boosts your efficiency in acting upon the sensitive information shared during the call without the need to recheck it or manually type it.

  • Real-time call summarization: Now, generate a call summary while the conversation is ongoing! A “Summarize” button is available in the Copilot footer for the active call. During the summarization process, new messages will continue being transcribed, ensuring no interruption in your workflow. This helps you be even more productive in getting the key points and action items at any point and act accordingly upon them.


Other improvements

  • Accent Localization modes updates: To better reflect functionality, we’ve renamed settings in Accent Localization:

    • Voice Profiles for a complete localization of the agent's accent into US English. This mode offers multiple male and female preset output voices and doesn't require any training or setup.

    • Voice Preservation for keeping the agent's original voice while reducing the challenging parts of the accent for a boosted level of comprehension. This mode requires a quick and easy voice setup.
