Krisp 2.53.4 for Call Centers and Enterprises

The latest Krisp release introduces updates to Live Interpreter, enhanced Voice Preservation, and other improvements to better support your communication needs and optimize user experiences.

Live Interpreter improvements

• Real-time transcription in Live Interpreter: With Real-time transcription in Live Interpreter, the agents will get access to the translated speech while the customer is still talking. This will allow to keep pace with dynamic conversations and make quicker decisions.

• Custom Vocabulary for Live Interpreter and Agent Copilot: With Custom Vocabulary, you can add specific words and phrases, such as names and technical and industry jargon, to your Krisp account, ensuring these terms are recognized and transcribed correctly during calls. It supports up to 700 industry-specific terms and phrases, and you can easily upload a CSV file via Features > Vocabulary to customize your list.
  
  

  

• Live Interpreter prompt played only once per call: The AI Live Interpreter prompt will now play only once per call, ensuring a clean and distraction-free communication flow when toggling the feature ON or OFF.

• Playback progress in Live Interpreter: Agents can now see the playback progress bar in Live Interpreter, providing better visibility and control over the translation process.

• Skip playing short translation audios: If someone says a quick "yes," "okay," or another short word, it won’t play as audio but will appear in the live transcript instead. This keeps the conversation flowing smoothly without unnecessary interruptions. Admins can manage this setting directly from the team settings.

• Enhanced Voice Preservation for Filipino English accent pack: Voice Preservation mode now delivers even greater stability and clarity for the Filipino English accent pack. These updates provide:

  • More consistent performance across varying speaking styles.

  • Enhanced intelligibility and improved speech quality for smoother communication.

• Extended meeting duration: The maximum supported meeting duration has been increased to 4 hours. No more splitting lengthy discussions into separate calls - this update ensures uninterrupted sessions for comprehensive discussions.

• Faster updates for seamless experiences: Krisp's auto-update process on Windows is now faster than ever, ensuring you stay seamlessly updated with the latest features and improvements.
