This update introduces enhanced performance with improved audio consistency and powerful new tools for Admins to manage call content, agent behavior, and quality assurance workflows with greater precision and control. Let’s take a look!

Feature updates and key enhancements

  • Agents can play pre-recorded voice macros during calls: Agents can now play pre-recorded macros like disclaimers or mandatory prompts directly during live calls to ensure key messages are delivered clearly and consistently. As an Admin, you can configure up to 3 macros per team, helping reduce agent error and improve compliance.

  • After-call Summaries and transcripts are now available in the Admin Portal: All calls your team handled using Krisp are now visible in the Admin Portal, complete with transcripts, call metadata, and performance insights. Calls that used Live Interpreter appear under a separate “Translated” tab, helping you easily review both standard and multilingual interactions in one place.

    Bug fixes

  • Live Interpreter toggle now displays correctly when changing Krisp audio settings: Fixed an issue where the Live Interpreter toggle appeared off for some users in the main UI after switching Krisp Microphone or Speaker during a call.
