This update brings sharper clarity and stronger performance with the Filipino Accent Conversion v3.7 model, live Smart Captions, and instant call scoring in Agent Assist. Admins benefit from customizable Voice Translation prompts, while a ~30% performance boost in Noise Cancellation and Background Voice Cancellation makes calls even smoother. Ringtone detection has also been refined to ensure no call goes unnoticed.

Feature updates and key enhancements

  • v3.7 of Filipino Accent Conversion: We've integrated the new v3.7 model for Filipino Accent Conversion, delivering significantly improved naturalness, reduced accent leakage, and more robust voice quality for clearer agent speech.

  • Smart Captions for clearer customer speech in Agent Assist: Smart Captions display live, enhanced text of the customer’s speech in the expanded Widget helping agents better follow unclear or accented speakers.

    As an Admin, you can enable this feature from Admin Portal → Team settings → Features → Agent Assist and let agents turn it on during calls.

  • Customize the audio prompt for Voice Translation start: As an Admin, you can now customize the audio message that customers hear in their language when Voice Translation is used in the call. This helps set clear expectations in multilingual calls, making them more productive.

    As an Admin, you can add custom audio prompts from Admin PortalTeam settingsFeaturesVoice Translation. If a custom prompt isn’t available for the customer’s language, the English version will be played instead.


  • Get instant call scores in Agent Assist: Agents now receive an instant call score (0–100) after each call in the Krisp Widget, helping them track how well they met key expectations like resolving the issue, pitching a product, or completing an enrollment. This makes it easier to monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and stay aligned with team KPIs.

  • Performance boost for Background Noise Cancellation and Voice Isolation: New refactored audio processing logic delivers about 30% performance improvements across Noise Cancellation and Voice Isolation features, making conversations clearer and more efficient.

  • Expanded ringtone detection for softphones: We've added support for detecting ringtones from Five9, Twilio, and AirCall, so Krisp can better recognize when a call is ringing on these apps. This helps ensure the ringtone isn’t mistakenly suppressed by Noise Cancellation and the calls are not accidentally missed.

  • Skip showing After-call Summary for short or low-talk calls: Krisp will now skip generating After-call Summary and call scores when a call is too short or contains minimal speech. This helps agents stay focused on meaningful interactions without distraction from low-value call summaries.

Bug fixes

  • Krisp no longer becomes unresponsive after Mac devices wake from sleep: Fixed an issue that occasionally caused the Krisp app to freeze after the device woke up, ensuring smoother access to audio controls throughout the day.

  • Fixed unresponsive area for expanded Krisp Widget: Resolved a bug where part of the screen became unclickable in the area where the expanded Widget was expected to appear. Agents can now interact with the full screen without issues.
