  • LatAm Accent Conversion v3.7: The LatAm Accent Conversion model has advanced to deliver more natural and consistent results. With stronger voice identity retention and improved similarity to the original tone, agents now sound clearer and more authentic to customers, supporting conversations that feel effortless and natural.

Bug fixes

  • Clearer experience in Voice Translation sessions: Fixed an issue where the “try again” error state sometimes remained visible after Voice Translation being successfully reconnected. The error state in the Widget now correctly disappears once translation is working again, ensuring a more reliable in-call experience.
