Feature updates and key enhancements
Adding African English accent pack in Accent Conversion: Accent Conversion now supports South African English, helping agents communicate more clearly and naturally while maintaining their authentic speaking style. As an Admin, you can manage source accent availability for your team in the Accent Conversion settings within the Admin Portal.
Expanded Krisp Widget is now fully movable: Instead of always being stuck to the right part of the screen, Krisp Widget can now be repositioned anywhere on the screen, giving agents the flexibility to keep their workspace clear and accessible. Whether juggling multiple tools or managing tight screen space, this update helps agents stay focused and efficient.
Speaker muted state notification in Krisp Widget: Sometimes, the speaker can be left unintentionally muted, causing missed audio cues or confusion. Krisp now alerts agents when their device speaker is muted, helping avoid confusion or missed audio during calls.
Smarter explanations for missing summaries in Agent Assist: We now provide clearer feedback when a call summary or performance metrics can’t be generated in Agent Assist. This ensures agents and admins understand exactly what went wrong—making it easier to get full value from Agent Assist in future calls.
