Feature updates and key enhancements

  • Easy speaker unmute directly from Krisp: Krisp now notifies users when their speaker is muted. A clear banner alert with an unmute button in the Krisp Widget and in the app prompts agents to restore sound instantly without breaking focus.

  • Admin-configurable call tabs in Widget: As an Admin, you can now configure how many recent calls are displayed in the expanded view of the Widget. By default, up to five calls are shown, but this can be adjusted—even down to only the current call—to tailor the app experience to your team's needs.

Bug fixes

  • We’ve refined how Voice Translation usage is measured. Parallel audio streams are now recognized as part of the same call, giving you a more accurate view of Voice Translation activity across sessions.

  • We’ve resolved an issue that occasionally caused after-call details to display incorrectly in the Admin Portal.
