With this release, Accent Conversion allows to convert agents’ accents to UK English accent. We’ve also added After-call Summary evaluation, enabling agents to provide feedback and continuously improve summary quality. In addition, the Krisp Widget now offers smarter placement behavior. Let’s take a closer look.

Feature updates and key enhancements

  • Accent Conversion expanded with UK English output (Beta): Agents with Indian, Filipino, and African accents can now effortlessly convert their speaking accent to UK English. This allows teams to align with UK market expectations and deliver clearer, more regionally aligned customer interactions.

  • Improve After-call Summary quality by providing feedback: Agents can now rate After-call Summaries right inside the Krisp Widget, creating a continuous feedback loop that strengthens overall summary performance and quality over time. It’s a fast and easy way to maintain accurate call records while helping us ensure every summary meets your team’s expectations for clarity and reliability.

  • Smarter Krisp Widget placement: The Krisp Widget now always remembers the agent’s preferred screen placement: whether expanded for better visibility, minimized to preserve workspace, it stays exactly where it was placed even after the app is restarted. This creates a more consistent experience and ensures controls remain easily accessible while staying unobtrusive to the agent’s workflow.

Bug fixes

  • Better Krisp app navigation for any screen scale: We’ve added a vertical scrollbar in the Krisp app, so agents can always reach their settings and buttons, even if the display is set to a larger scale. This ensures nothing gets cut off, keeping the app easy to navigate regardless of the agent’s screen setup.
