Krisp Enterprise version 22.Q4.5 - hotfix release

This hotfix release brings the following improvements:

• The device-login team admins now get the option to see the team usage broken down by Windows users. The Windows username of the team users will be presented in the Analytics reports making the information more insightful for the admins.

• We fixed the problem with the configurable delay for the Krisp Speaker Noise Cancellation when more than one call was happening simultaneously. Now the selected delay will be correctly applied to each of the calls.
