MA 3.7.4 – AI Meeting Assistant Updates

This release brings a major refresh to the Settings experience in Krisp, unifying all preferences in one place. Alongside this, we’ve added new features, smarter notifications, and key fixes to make your Krisp experience smoother than ever.

New features and improvements

Settings 2.0 Release: All your Krisp preferences are now managed in one place. The redesigned Settings bring together options that were previously split across different views, making it easier to control everything from a single, consistent interface. The layout also adapts seamlessly to any screen size for a smoother experience:

  • Simpler navigation: Updated layout, colors, and menu for a smoother browsing experience.

  • Improved Account management: New responsive design and refreshed 2FA and Support sections

  • Refreshed Admin, Users, Billing, and Calendar pages: Modernized look and consistent layout across all settings.

  • New pages:

    • AI Note Taker: Replaces Meetings, adding auto-open, note generation, app exclusions, and preferred pronouns.

    • Privacy & Consent: Centralized Privacy, Data Access, and Consent controls.

  • Vocabulary: Cleaner design, improved sharing options, and more logical placement within Settings.

Recording notifications now work for Microsoft Teams too: Krisp will now notify you when your meeting is being recorded in Microsoft Teams, just like it already does in Zoom.

Easier network log recording: You can now capture and send network logs directly from the app. This helps our support team diagnose connectivity or call-quality issues faster when troubleshooting. Just head to Account → Troubleshooting → Record Network Log, let it run for up to 10 minutes, then stop to automatically include the log in your report.

Control device setup reminders: You can now enable or disable Device Setup Reminder notifications under Notification Settings. When turned off, Krisp will no longer show “Select Krisp Speaker” or “Select Krisp Microphone” prompts at meeting start.

Bug fixes

This update includes several bug fixes and performance improvements.
