March updates for Free and Pro

This month’s updates bring powerful new tools to help you run smoother meetings and more efficient operations. With real-time Accent Conversion, Centralized Action Items, and expanded storage, the AI Meeting Assistant is more capable than ever. Let’s dive in!

• AI Accent Conversion is here! Our new Accent Conversion feature helps your message come through clearly—by refining accents in real time while keeping your natural voice. It runs locally on your device for high security and low-latency performance making conversations easier to follow without losing your speaking style. The feature currently supports Indian English and is available across all plans.

  

• New Centralized Action Items: With the new Centralized Action Items, you can now view and manage tasks from all your meetings in a single, organized view. Assign due dates, mark items done, reassign tasks—and just keep track of what’s next. Only meeting participants get assigned, and you can fine-tune everything with settings for auto-assignment and notifications. With this update, following up just got a whole lot simpler.

  

• More transcript and recording storage: Now Pro users have 5GB of storage for meetings, with the option to upgrade to 10GB or 20GB. Free plan users can upload up to 3GB—giving everyone clearer limits and more flexibility for managing their meeting history.

• More clarity when requesting meeting access: Requesting access to a meeting? You’ll now see the owner’s name right up front—so you know exactly who to expect the access from.

  

• HubSpot integration Improvements

  The HubSpot integration now offers more visibility and control of your meeting data:

  • You can see which HubSpot account you’re connected to, get notified if auto-sharing is off, and choose to log meetings as Notes instead of standard records.

  • Krisp Action Items are automatically turned into HubSpot tasks, new contacts are created from meeting participants, and past meetings can now be synced manually with real-time progress tracking.

  

• Shaping transcripts together: Your feedback helps improve what we build. Now, you can easily share what’s working—or what you'd like to tune up—right from the transcript view. Select common issues, add a quick comment, and let us know how we’re doing.
