Introducing AI Agent Assist
Krisp AI Agent Assist is a new real-time assistant that helps agents during and after live calls. It delivers the information and insights agents need—right when they need them—so they can focus on delivering better service with less effort.
Knowledge Chat that keeps agents in the flow: Knowledge Chat helps agents work faster by providing live, context-aware support at all times, during or before calls. It answers questions on the spot using team-wide, admin-managed knowledge, all within the Krisp Widget, so agents stay focused and avoid switching between tools.
After-call Summary for faster follow-ups: No need to take notes manually—After-call Summary captures the highlights, suggested follow-ups, and feedback right after the call, helping agents stay efficient and on top of every conversation.
Other improvements
Mute Live Interpreter’s audio for more focus: Agents can now mute the Interpreter’s spoken translation of the customer while they’re reading or processing. This keeps the line quiet and lets agents stay focused.
Clearer Interpreter audio during calls: Both the customer’s original voice and the interpreter’s translated audio are now louder and better balanced. This makes it easier for agents to hear and understand the conversation.
More reliable softphone ringtone detection: The ringtone detection model has been enhanced to better recognize common softphone ringtones and special notification sounds, ensuring that calls are detected more accurately and without delay.
