This release introduces Noise Analytics, as well as other improvements and bug fixes.
As an Enterprise team admin, you can now have more data about the incoming and outgoing noises, and the background voices present in team members’ calls during the past periods. The Noise section of the Analytics page will now tell you how much noise and voice Krisp has canceled in the calls, what has been been the intensity of the noises present in your team members’ environments, as well as the intensity of the noise coming from the customers’ side of the calls.
Improvements and bug fixes
We took the “Select users from CSV” option to the main UI of the Users page to shorten your steps for bulk actions.
The sign-in flow is optimized if your account can be accessed through SSO only.
You will now have all the needed help resources at hand in your Account Dashboard.
To maximize the usage of the assigned seats, the members of your email-login or SCIM-based team will get automatic reminders to accept the invitation to join the team and start using Krisp.
As a Business and Enterprise team admin, you can control these emails from Team Settings >>> Email preferences.
We fixed the cases where you would get an “Invalid Zip code” error on the checkout page or when updating your card details.
If for some reason you want to delete your Krisp account, you can do that from your Account settings if you are the only team user and your email is linked to that account only.
