Updates for November-December

Get acquainted with the new features, enhancements, and bug fixes introduced over November and December.

Features

• All users on the Pro plan can now invite more team members thus helping the admins in the team expansion. Read more about the feature here.

• Admins of the teams with 1+ users can now skip the step of downloading the app in the sign-up process making the registration process more optimized.

• Business and Enterprise team admins can now enable the option to automatically download the new Krisp versions for Windows whenever they become available, making the updating process much faster for the team users.

  

Improvements and bug fixes

• The process of joining the team through SSO now becomes easier. As a Business/Enterprise team admin, you can provision users with any email domain. If the domain is not verified, the user will simply need to confirm their email during the first authentication.

• We fixed the cases when Pro users paying through PayPal would face payment errors when upgrading to the Business/Enterprise plan.

• The issue with updating the credit card on file is now fixed.

• The users invited to a team can sign up to a separate account prior to accepting the invitation and log in to that account with no problem.

• The user will now be redirected to the sign-in page instead of the sign-up page after a wrong verification code is used 3 times.
