This week's update connects Salesforce to Krisp, so the CRM data makes the Speech Analytics scoring more accurate. Here's what's new:
Feature updates and key enhancements
Salesforce integration for smarter Speech Analytics scoring: Krisp now connects to Salesforce to make call scoring more accurate. When a call comes in, Krisp pulls the customer's details from your CRM and uses them as context, so agents aren't flagged for steps the CRM already covers, and claims that can't be confirmed from the call audio or Salesforce get flagged. Results sync back to Salesforce automatically, no manual setup required.
To activate, reach out to your Account Executive. Once enabled, Admins can connect Salesforce from the admin portal.
