Web updates for September 7–20: Call Center AI

This batch of updates makes Krisp Call Center AI free to try, brings Krisp alerts into the platforms teams already use, and gives Admins more control over policy settings. Here's what's new:

Try Krisp Call Center AI for free

Trying Krisp Call Center AI is now easier than ever. Start a free 14-day trial with no credit card and try Noise Cancellation, Accent Conversion, Voice Translation, Agent Assist, Speech Analytics, and Voice Security. Existing customers can also trial new products and features alongside their current deployment, without changing what they already use. A new setup guide helps Admins get started quickly. Feature updates and key enhancements

• Send Krisp alerts to the tools your team already uses: Admins can now send Notification Center alerts, like deepfake and compliance alerts, to Microsoft Teams or a security monitoring platform through Webhook integration, so the right people can be notified without opening the Krisp admin portal.

• Keep a team's settings when removing it from a policy: Policies let Admins apply the same settings across multiple teams at once. Now, when Admins unassign a team from a policy, they can choose to keep the policy settings for that team.

• Billing cycle dates in the Enterprise Analytics Portal: Earlier this summer, we introduced the Enterprise Analytics Portal so BPOs could share team analytics with their enterprise clients. Now clients can also see each team's billing cycle start and end dates right in the teams list, giving them more visibility and predictability for planning and forecasting.

• App auto-update on by default for new teams: New teams now automatically get the latest Krisp version, so agents always have the newest features and improvements. Admins can change the update behavior anytime in Team settings. Existing teams keep their current update settings.
