Windows 1.29.3 - hotfix release

This hotfix release patches the technical issue uncovered with Krisp Windows versions 1.28.4 and 1.29.2. The issue would affect the teams users who had the “Disable Check for Update Functionality” setting enabled. In that case, they would encounter instability issues once the next version was released.
